Each glass jar candle comes beautifully packaged in a 100% cotton CICADA-stamped bag, wrapped in eco-friendly, recyclable materials, and placed in a recyclable gift box. Your order is then shipped inside a fully recyclable shipping box filled with biodegradable starch packing peanuts, which dissolve in water.

The first time you light your candle, allow it toburn until the wax melts to the edge of the vessel—this prevents tunneling and ensures aclean, even burnevery time. This initial burn may take2-3 hours, but it’s worth it for maximum burn time! Never burn your candle for more than4 hours at a time.

Finished your candle? Repurpose your vessel! Here’s how:

1. Remove excess wax and wick holder – The easiest way is to place the jar in the freezer overnight. The wax will shrink and should pop right out in the morning!
2. Wash the vessel – Be sure to remove wax before rinsing in the sink, as wax can clog drains.
3. Repurpose your jar!

We want you to love your CICADA products. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
